The following is an extract from a Skype chat between Heinz and one of our CCIE Security Bootcamp students from South-Africa during the Sept 2007 batch: ..this exercises really stretch your mind... ..although it is really intense, I am enjoying it and have learnt a huge amount.. ..I wish the bootcamp was 4 weeks, it has been absolutely worth it till now and I'm sure next week will be good too.. ..I don't know how anyone can even think of doing the exam without beeing drilled like this... ..the pressure is intense, 14-16 hours per day, 7 days a week, not for the faint hearted.. ..but I can see a light, although dim at the moment.. His classes are extremely useful and his teaching method is top notch. Apart from this Heinz is a very open and entertaining person, and because of all that attending his CCIE classes is a fantastic experience. CCIE exam is much more then just having knowledge - and this is where Heinz's classes excel. CCIE 28189 (Serbia)"
