Das Folgende ist ein Auszug aus einem Skype-Chat zwischen Heinz und einem unserer CCIE Security Bootcamp-Studenten aus Südafrika während des September 2007 Kurses:

...diese Übungen dehnen wirklich den Verstand...
...obwohl es wirklich intensiv ist, genieße ich es und habe eine Menge gelernt...
...ich wünschte, das Bootcamp wäre 4 Wochen lang, es hat sich bis jetzt absolut gelohnt und ich bin sicher, dass nächste Woche auch gut sein wird...
...ich weiß nicht, wie jemand auch nur daran denken kann, die Prüfung ohne so einen Drill zu machen...
...der Druck ist intensiv, 14-16 Stunden pro Tag, 7 Tage die Woche, nichts für schwache Nerven...
...aber ich kann ein Licht sehen, auch wenn es im Moment noch schwach ist

CCIE 22805 		"I scheduled the 3 weeks Bootcamp at Heinz Ulm with 7 weeks in advance of my lab date. At first I thaught that was a long time, because I was feeling pretty good with my knowledge. But it turned out I was wrong. I wasn't as prepared as I thaught I was. After the 3 weeks spent with Heinz I knew exactly where I was and what I needed to do. The 7 weeks after the bootcamp were gold for me.
