Hovenweep

Hovenweep Monument

straddles the Colorado-Utah border west of
Cortez, Colorado. The name Hovenweep means "deserted valley" 
in Piute/Ute languages.

It was extremly hot when we visited and Adrian heard
a rattlesnake near us.
