CCIE 18102: "Thanks for your incredible help for joining the CCIE club. I don't know how I thank you !" advancedclasses Advanced Classes Heinz and his instructors have invented the "Advanced Classes" for several reasons: The observation that most if not all official Cisco classes do not provide enough hands-on time to implement practically what was lectured theoretically. Most of our instructor are lecturing the offical Cisco classes as well and are experiencing that dilemma again and again. When we get to meet our CCNA, CCNP and CCIE students in our bootcamps, many of them are lacking practical experience. Those gaps cannot be "filled" during the bootcamps for some students (i.e. the 10 day CCNP Boot Camp is 4 weeks of training classes done in 2 weeks; there is so much theory to be lectured and so much tasks to do that one cannot dive in deeply into those protocol worlds). Another observation was the inability of some students to judge their readiness, or in other words: some students really overestimate their knowledge and are "shocked" when they realize how much they don't know yet. It fills the "hands-on experience gap" (for some students) between the CCNP and a CCIE Bootcamp. Our Advanced Class offers Advanced EIGRP Class Advanced BGP Class Advanced OSPF Class (Depending on demand we will extend that spectrum to more subjects in future) Each class is 5 days in duration and offers a thorough lecturing of the do's and don'ts, tips and tricks, features, undocumented stuff and lots of hands-on exercises with different levels of complexity. The classes are conducted by our famous CCIE instructors Karsten and Heinz (depending on class, date and location).
