This is the lowest room price we ever had in 20 years ! Our hotel is designed especially for longer stays with studios featuring fully-equipped kitchens and plenty of work space… amenities you won't find in a typical hotel room. Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop Workspace with computer dataport Free local phone calls Personalized voice mail Iron and full size ironing board On site guest laundry Dining and cooking utensils provided Free Wireless high-speed Internet access  This is the lowest price for accomodation we had in 20 years of doing IT-trainings ! It is more than 20 $ lower than our previous hotel in Denver. It does not  include breakfast. However, since you have your own full fledged kitchen you can easily purchase and consume your breakfast in the room for the money saved. Next to the hotel is a 7/11-shop in the gas station which has almost everything you need to fill your fridge or have breakfast.
