Domain Stripping Hack

While Cisco IOS software doesn't have a formal feature that will allow a L2F/L2TP HGW/LNS to strip the domain name off of an incoming VPDN user, there is a hack based on directed-requests that does the same thing. When doing directed-requests with TACACS+/RADIUS, the domain name is stripped off, so we can effectively "trick" the router into stripping the domain name by forcing a directed request.
